The Cottage - Long Term Rental Unit (NOT Furnished)
The north end of the cottage is circa 1872 and the south end is circa 1911. It is an 898 sq feet, non-smoking, 2 bedroom, detached house with a full, midsized kitchen with a stack washer and dryer, 1 full bath with combo tub and shower, and off-street parking. It is quaint with some old charm such as an archway into the living room. This cottage features wood-look laminate floors (other than the kitchen and bathroom).
