The historically significant property was constructed in 1872. Purchased for ministry use in November 2001, the property hosts Christian Missionaries and benevolent non-profit workers of all denominations. The property functions as a personal residence with one regular year-to-year, unfurnished 2-bedroom cottage and two furnished missionary residence apartments: the Studio and the Upstairs Riverview Apartment.

The missionary accommodations are reserved to host month-to-month full-time, Christian ministry, and non-profit workers. These people make great sacrifices to do things such as build orphanages, run medical clinics for the poor, or dig wells in dry communities worldwide.
